CTO / Co-Founder

Remote · Full-time · Global

  • Lead all technology and product development for Wunderprop
  • Build and scale our platform (React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, cloud-native)
  • Recruit and mentor the engineering team
  • Shape technical strategy, architecture, and roadmap
  • Work directly with the CEO and founding team
  • Drive rapid product iterations and market launches
  • Set up best practices for code quality, security, and scalability

Requirements:

  • Proven experience building and scaling SaaS or marketplace platforms
  • Expert in modern web technologies (React, Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, cloud)
  • Startup/founder mindset: hands-on, fast, resourceful
  • Fluent English (written & oral)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ready to take ownership and drive growth

Chief Marketing Officer

Remote · Full-time · Global (English & German required)

  • Own and execute Wunderprop’s go-to-market strategy
  • Build our brand and drive user acquisition across Europe
  • Develop and lead digital marketing, PR, and growth campaigns
  • Work closely with product and sales to maximize market impact
  • Recruit and manage the marketing team
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity
  • Help shape the company’s vision and culture as a founding leader

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing for SaaS, marketplace, or proptech startups
  • Fluent English (written & oral) and fluent German (min. B2)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Hands-on, creative, and data-driven approach
  • Ready to build from scratch and scale fast
